Meet The Team
At Vaughan Elite Swim School, we have a team of highly skill trained, enthusiastic and confident Coaches. Our coaches are the greatest in the business, and before they start our swim instructing training, they arrive at Vaughan Elite with experience and complete certificates! All Vaughan Elite Swim School coaches receive extensive training to enable them to succeed in their role. This extensive training involves 20-30 hours with the owner and with a senior coach to ensure Vaughan Elite Swim School's high teaching standards. Observations, mentorship, meetings and additional training are provided to Coaches to ensure their ongoing professional development. Our Coaches follow the Red Cross program criteria and to make sure students are constantly working toward fresh objectives, coaches design personalized lesson plans for each student. Supporting Vaughan Elite Swim School is supporting all our future lawyers, doctors, nurses, pilots, vets...

I am currently in the process of receiving my coaching licence for soccer and will have my own team in the new year! My future goals are to open up my own business, be my own boss and eventually have my own little dog family on acres of land.
